Introduction

Hello all—

This is my guitar-building blog. I'm not going to link any other blogs from it, and I'm not going to post anything on it but guitar-building updates.

It is called Stringed Synthesis because guitars have strings, and "synthesis" means "putting together." I know, I know. Absolute genius. If only "Andrew's Endless Ramblings" was as witty.

Pictures will abound. Techno-babble will be kept to a minimum. However, there will be vocabulary words at the beginning of each post, because guitars cannot be described to the ignorant.

I'm actually going to cut this post short, because I'm off to Alpine to work on the guitar some more. Ironic, right? But in a good way.
